To help us fix things quickly, include:
- Where it happened — Chrome extension, CLI (
llmemory), or the web vault (app.llmemory.xyz). - What you expected vs. what actually happened.
- Your setup — browser or OS version, and which storage backend you use (Google Drive or GitHub).
Never include conversation content, OAuth tokens, or API keys in a support email. We will never ask for them — your vault stays yours.
Privacy & data questions
Most answers are in our Privacy Policy: LLMemory stores nothing on our servers — your conversations live on your device and in storage you own. For anything not covered there, email us at the address above.
Removing your data
You don't need to contact us to delete your data — you hold it all.
Delete the LLMemory folder in your Google Drive (or your
vault repository on GitHub), remove the extension, and everything is gone.
